Let me share a little about me.
When you are done playing small and you made that switch to f*ck yeah, I want this company more than anything, and I want it to grow. Now!
You are like me, but then a while back. It didn’t matter that I had 25+ years of experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies, holding leadership positions in finance, HR, sales, and consultancy, making companies perform better. Nor that I have been coaching leaders since 2004, or that I worked 7 days a week and long days too – my business seemed to have hit a plateau.
Clients raved about me and loved to work with me. But getting the clients – that was always the problem.
So, I tried a lot of things, first in my offering, then in my approach: webinars, challenges, live workshops, online workshops, posting once a day, posting 4x times a day, sending scripted DMs, and Facebook ads. I networked until I was blue in the face, coffee chats, power hours, free hours.. You name it and I have tried it- but nothing seemed to work. So, I knew something had to change because that image in my head of a great company wasn’t materializing.
Until I changed, I became crystal clear in my messaging. I learned how to sell. I took away the fears around selling and created my champagne offer, which I am head over heels in love with. Better yet, my clients are head over heels in love with my offer. I developed my strategies to attract leads – on a recurring basis. I hired people to assist me in getting more leads, so I had my hands free to do what I love: coaching. All while having a consistent pipeline of leads coming in. It finally happened!

Oh, and if you want to know more about what makes me tick? I love champagne, sharing food with friends, my love, my daughter (although she did hit that teenager phase), hikes with my Frenchie, and reading. I also enjoy the Spanish way of living, although sometimes I struggle with the lack of productivity, but going to the beach makes everything better.
