When I started working with success habits things truly changed for me. Here’s how you can benefit too.

I often get asked how do you do it all? How are you so productive even while moving 3 times in the last three months, including an international move? What made all the difference for me was implementing my personal success habits. Daily actions I take that are for sure helping me to experience a high quality of life while growing my business and yes carving out time to move.

I find it quite intriguing that small habits can have a major impact. It’s also the reason that my success habits are kept small, and don’t take up too much time. Turns out I am not the only one who finds that habits can work in their favor. Successful people also have compelling habits that I love to share with you here.

Habits of highly successful people

1. Get up early

Most successful people get up early, up to 3 hours before their workday starts. This is personal time they use to organize themselves, work out and get ready for the day ahead.

2. Read, a lot

Continuous learning and getting better at what you’re doing is the key to success. To this end, successful people read on average 30 minutes a day to develop themselves further.

3. Spend 15-30 minutes on focused thinking

Carving out quiet time during your busy day for focused thinking is one that most of my clients crave more of. And, as their minds are wandering and in “action mode” most of the time this seems one of the hardest things to do. Yet, research shows that highly successful people do carve out this time and it works.

Are you self-sabotaging?

4. Make exercise a priority

Healthy body brings a healthy mind and means more business success. One of the reasons why successful people work out is because that’s a proven way to raise you productivity, and to keep your focus high.

5. Spend time with people that inspire you

Time is precious and the circles you find yourself in are either inspiring or draining. Which do you chose? Successful people avoid toxic environments and choose to spend time in enriching and mind-stimulating environments.

6. Pursue your own goal

80% of the business owners are obsessed by achieving their goals. They have them Chrystal clear and are working non-stop to get to their next level of success. Some would call this relentless, others simply say focused. Truth is, they know they’ll reach their goal and they make it work.

7. Get enough sleep

Are you burning the midnight oil to get all your work done? Stop it right now, and be like your highly successful counterparts – get some sleep. Your sleep performance has a big impact on your actual performance, get at least 6-8 hours in each night.

8. Have multiple incomes

Highly successful people have at least 3 income streams, meaning 3 different ways in which they make money. Diversification at it’s best. How many do you have right now

9. Avoid time wasters

Nothing becomes so precious -when you’re successful- as time. But not only when you’re successful right? Make sure to focus on the right activities. Instead of consuming and scrolling on social media, produce and post on social media.
