It’s been a minute, hasn’t it? How are you doing? Can you believe we’re down to just over three months before we close out another year? The question is, are we going to pop that champagne come New Year’s Eve?

That’s exactly what I want to talk about: celebration.

Today, in my Get Sht Done Club, almost every member had something to celebrate. Whether it was a goal they’d been working toward for years or a more recent win, the feeling was contagious. (Yes, the name Get Sht Done Club really is perfect for what we do!) But here’s the thing… right after the celebrations, many of them started focusing on the things they still hadn’t achieved. That’s when I had to step in and remind them: Don’t forget to celebrate the wins!

Why Is Celebrating So Important?

Because it boosts you! It doesn’t matter how you do it—whether with champagne or a moment to breathe—it shifts your mindset. And believe me, we need to feel good to keep thriving.

Happy Creates More Happy! 🎉

Did you know that when you feel good, your brain releases dopamine—the feel-good chemical? Celebration triggers this! And when you’re in that happy state, you set the stage for more of it. Being happy about your achievements today opens the door to more tomorrow. It’s a beautiful cycle!

Yes, You CAN Do It!

We’ve all been there—doubting whether we have what it takes. But celebrating is proof that you can do it. It’s taking time to recognize what you’ve accomplished, no matter how big or small. Each win adds to the evidence of your potential, giving you the confidence to tackle even bigger goals.

The Success Mindset

Here’s the key: focus on what you’ve gained, not what’s still left to do. Celebrating is an acknowledgment of success, and it fuels your belief that you can do more. Success isn’t just about hitting a target—it’s about building a mindset where you believe in your own worth and capabilities. It’s about knowing deep down: Yes, I belong here.

Motivation That Lasts

Ever feel like you’re chasing a never-ending to-do list, always moving from one goal to the next? It’s exhausting. Without stopping to celebrate the wins, you become like a dog chasing its tail—always running, never arriving. Motivation dries up quickly in that cycle. But when you celebrate, you break that loop. You remind yourself that you’re not just grinding—you’re winning.

So, here’s what I want you to do: pause and celebrate. And if you feel like there’s not enough success in your business to pop the champagne yet, well, I’m here for that, too! My favorite thing in the world is helping people win—and yes, that might involve champagne!

Let’s work smarter, earn more, and live better. 💪

PS: The Get Sh*t Done Club is thriving! Take Dan, who joined when he was just getting started. Fast forward, and now he’s got two employees working alongside him! That’s what success looks like, and I’m ready to help you get there, too. Are you ready to take the next step? Check it out here.
