These past few weeks I have had an amazing time. Even though I “officially” had only two weeks off, it feels like I just took a very long holiday.

Do less and achieve more

Earlier this year I made a very conscious decision, an executive decision, to work less. Work less, get more results and become more successful. Is that even possible you might think? Well, I can tell you; YES! For sure (I have tried and tested it over and over again and the results are there).

I simply prolonged my holiday

So even though after these two weeks, my holiday was over, I looked at the weather, looked at my laptop and decided mwah the beach will do for the day. And yes I live next to the beach, so I simply prolonged my holiday.

I went with my girl to some amazing attractions, and some not so amazing, but looking at the fun she had, was rewarding enough. I wrote in my journal a lot and thought about where I was heading.

My downtime was well used

I relaxed, re-energised and refocused.

This is the one mistake we all tend to make. We tend to think we get more results and more success by only working hard -> all the time. I can let you in on a little secret; it is not that, it is almost the opposite. You need to actually be rested to be productive. Know where you are heading before you start and keep focus to get results. Do less and achieve more.

Doing less is hard work, or not?

Doing less is not something that came easily to me. You see my mantra used to be: the harder you work, the more results you will see. Yes, I believed it too {relation.firstName}. What about you?

But like I said it is not true. Now, being on the beach all day and sipping cocktails or champagne is not what will propel you forward. But I would love to tell you what is.. Are you interested {relation.firstName}?

The secret formula

I can tell you, once you know you’ll never feel the same. For me, this “secret formula” has enriched my life, and has brought me so many good things, as in more freedom, more family time, more joy and even more money.

Sounds good, doesn’t it? Stay tuned as I will reveal it to you soon. It will be so worth the wait!

Now, I started my career over somewhat 20 years ago, in finance. I have deviated from finance to HR, sales and change; as a consultant, I had many senior management roles. Within worldwide and local organisations I was hired to optimise performances. So I did; I made people and teams thrive by bringing them back to the essentials. You could say I have been around.

The one thing that always made the difference, no matter where I was, was ‘connecting’. When the connection between people throughout the organisation and the team was established and maintained, success was inevitable.

Make you the CEO of your life

One of the outcomes of my prolonged holiday was my decision to take these valuable insights and bring them to you. “The art of connecting” is a concept I am now working with; to propel you forward and make you the established CEO of your life.

At the moment, this amazing opportunity is available, by invitation only. Soon, I will tell you more about how you can become the instant CEO of your life, and boost your success in a very short period of time. Cannot wait and have not been invited yet? Give me a shout!

Amaze Yourself,
