Getting the right people to help you can be a relief. It can help you in so many ways.
Yes, of course, there is the actual work that gets done, but even more so, it is the following:
– shared responsibility, so it is not on your shoulders alone
– allowing you to focus on the work you are great at
– allowing you to take a day off, and still, the work gets done
– getting your business to the next level faster
– making use of experts, so work gets done better
Is it always the right time to expand your team? Unfortunately, no, it is not.
