What works for me, doesn’t necessarily work for you – but this trick works for [almost] everyone.
Start your day by eating your most ugly frogs first.
Or better said, start with your most annoying and most challenging tasks of the day. Mark Twain said it before, and many others.
Because you feel accomplished first thing in the morning
This boosts your productivity during the rest of the day.
If you keep pushing your task forward to the end of the day, you’re not just procrastinating – you’re focusing on the wrong things.
Basically, you’re filling your day with less important matters that can wait. This is why you feel drained at the end of the day and why you wonder, ‘How can I be working so hard and many hours and still not do all I need to do’?
Try it, and you’ll see a difference!
And yes, it sounds simple, but it’s not easy. That’s why I am here to help.
Buy my book if you’re in for a quickie (1 hour is all it takes, and it will blow your socks off).
Or set up a 30-minute chat with me about how you can free up at least 20% more time (because lasting change takes a bit longer, and we can discuss what would serve you best, my 1:1 coaching or perhaps a few short session).
It’s what I do, and I do it well.
And after having worked with many Fortune 500 companies and elevated their team’s performances, I can’t wait to help you too.

PS: If you’re not into frog legs, replace eating frogs with kissing frogs, and who knows what happens.
PPS: Some feedback on my book. The latter inspired me to share the frog story with you.
